• Manage all leasing activity including advertising vacancies, scheduling showings, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements
• Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and issue notices as needed
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal
• Monitor and control operational expenses while staying within budget
• Maintain accurate records of tenant files and property files
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
• Work closely with property owners to report on occupancy, maintenance needs, and financial performance
• Support property and apartment renovation projects
• Handle move-in and move-out processes including inspections, deposit accounting, and turnover readiness
